Job Summary
Reporting to the Co-General Manager, the Financial Controller is part of the management team and is responsible for monitoring all financial performance indicators. They act as an advisor to management, providing accurate and appropriate information. They ensure that all financial aspects of the company are in order and that all employees complete their tasks on time.
Main responsibilities
- Prepares and presents weekly financial statements to management
- Prepares and presents monthly financial statements to senior management
- Participates in the management meeting and represents the accounting & finance department
- Handles month-end closing entries and the balancing of various transaction accounts
- Monitor the company's bank accounts and cash flow.
- Prepares the company's year-end financial file and follows up with the external accounting firm.
- Supervises accounts payable and accounts receivable
- Supervises payroll processing
- Ensures the accuracy of stock inventories and makes the necessary checks and recommendations
- Acts as the internal point of contact for the SAP system and communicates with our external partners to ensure proper use of the system

Job Summary
The Supply and Logistics Manager coordinates supply and logistics activities to effectively support the company's operations. Working closely with the General Manager, Warehouse Supervisor, and internal teams, the incumbent ensures the availability of raw materials, packaging, and products, while optimizing costs, lead times, and processes.
Main responsibilities
Supply
- Purchase raw materials and packaging according to the production plan.
- Ensure order follow-up (prices, availability, delivery confirmations).
- Process purchase requests from different departments.
- Managing relationships with suppliers, including agreements and contracts.
- Ensure that all inputs meet quality standards and that the required documentation is compliant.
Logistics
- Supervise and coordinate logistics-related activities, in collaboration with the warehouse supervisor.
- Manage external inventories.
- Coordinate transportation for raw materials and customer orders.
- Ensuring the availability of products and inputs at the right time for production and distribution.
Process, compliance and continuous improvement
- Participate in the continuous improvement of supply and logistics processes.
- Establish and maintain procedures aimed at operational efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with internal rules regarding quality, food safety and occupational health and safety.
- Promote a culture of rigor, collaboration and prevention.
Skills and qualifications required
- Excellent analytical and planning skills
- Strong organizational skills and effective prioritization

- Ability to mobilize and support a team
Experiences and education
- 1 to 3 years of experience in procurement and/or logistics
- Experience in team coordination or supervision (a significant asset)
- Proficiency in spoken and written French
- Diploma (AEC-DEC-BAC) in procurement, planning, logistics or a related field
