COMPETITION TITLE:

"$800 to be won"

  1. ORGANIZER.

The Contest is held by Martin Dessert inc. (individually and collectively the “Organizer” or the “Contest Organizer”).

  1. ELIGIBILITY

The Contest is open to residents of the province of Quebec and Ontario who have reached the legal age of majority on the date of registration.

Excluded are: the directors, officers, managers, employees, agents and representatives of the Contest Organizer, its parent company, any company, trust or other legal entity controlled by or related to them, Facebook if the Contest takes place on Facebook, any participating Store, advertising and promotion agencies, suppliers of prizes, goods and services in connection with the Contest, as well as the persons with whom they are domiciled (whether or not they are related).

  1. BALLOT SUBMISSION

There are no physical entry forms; participation in the event described below is sufficient to be considered a contest participant. No purchase is necessary to participate or win.

Random selection of an eligible entry from all valid entries registered during the Contest Period.

  1. MEDIA USED

On Martin Dessert's Facebook and Instagram page.

  1. LOCATION, DATE, TIME PRICE CLAIM

The winner must be contacted within seven (7) days of the draw to claim their prize from the Organizer. The winner has until October 1, 2024 to claim their prize.

No prize will be awarded until the winner has been confirmed. The prize must be accepted as awarded, without any cash or other alternative, except at the sole discretion of the Organizer. The Organizer reserves the right to substitute a prize (or part thereof) of the same nature and equivalent value or, at its sole discretion, the monetary value of the prize (or part thereof) stated in these rules.

Limited prizes. In all cases, the Contest Organizer shall not be obliged to award more prizes or to award a prize other than in accordance with these rules.

  1. EXCLUDED PERSONS

Any employee, representative, or agent of Martin Dessert or of one of the companies producing the products offered, as well as the persons with whom they reside.

  1. TEST

The winner will be selected at random from among those who have registered on the unique contest posts on Martin Dessert's Facebook and Instagram pages.

  1. LEGAL NOTICE

A dispute regarding the organization or conduct of a promotional contest may be submitted to the Régie des alcools, des courses et des jeux (Liquor, Racing and Gaming Authority) for a ruling.

Disputes regarding the awarding of a prize may be submitted to the Régie only for the purpose of intervention to attempt to resolve them.

Alcohol, Racing and Gaming Commission: The Quebec Alcohol, Racing and Gaming Commission is not bound in any way by the Contest and cannot be held responsible in any way for any matter relating to the Contest.

Facebook: If the Contest is hosted on the Facebook platform, all participants confirm that they release Facebook from all liability and any damages of any kind that may arise from their participation in the Contest and acknowledge that the Contest is in no way sponsored, endorsed, or administered by, or associated with, Facebook. Information provided by participants is given to the Contest Organizer and not to Facebook. (same for Instagram)

  1. MISCELLANEOUS

By participating in the Contest, entrants agree to be bound by these Contest Rules and the decisions of the Organizer, which are final and binding in all respects, including, but not limited to, decisions regarding the eligibility or disqualification of entries and the awarding of prizes. The Contest is subject to all applicable laws and regulations. Only selected entrants will be contacted.

If any paragraph of this regulation is declared illegal or unenforceable by a competent court, then that paragraph will be considered null and void, but all other paragraphs will remain applicable.
